• Produce accurate status reporting regarding project milestones, deliverables, risks, and issues, communicating effectively to various audiences including key stakeholders and sponsors.
• Manage several workstreams successfully, ensuring teams understand output and quality expectations, and manage interdependencies between them.
• Inspire and lead teams, suggesting process and practical improvements as appropriate, and motivate them to deliver high-quality outputs within agreed timeframes.
• Manage project resourcing and commercials, including forecasting, time management, and invoicing.
• Ensure projects are delivered to high-quality standards and aid customers in improving Adobe solutions by understanding their challenges and crafting innovative, measurable solutions.
• Foster close relationships with senior management and business stakeholders, developing customer confidence by understanding their needs and delivering first-class solutions.
• Set and manage client expectations, including resolving client escalations with diplomacy.
• Chair meetings/reviews with multiple stakeholder requirements.

• Strong foundational project management skills delivering digital marketing implementation projects for a software vendor or with a mixed vendor/customer background.
• Demonstrated project management experience with Digital Marketing & Automation, Campaign, or Content Management solutions.
• Proven experience in implementing Adobe solutions, specifically AEM, AEP, and ideally other solutions like Campaign and Commerce.
