Admin Assistant (IT Department/ 1year contract)

• Manage IT assets, including laptops, desktops, monitors, and accessories.
• Track asset issuance and returns for employees.
• Maintain IT asset records, warranty details, and purchase documentation.
• Liaise with vendors on asset purchases, repairs, and maintenance.
• Provide general administrative support to the IT department.

Requirements:

• Minimum O-Level & above.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
• Able to carry and move light IT equipment such as laptops, monitors, and accessories when required.
