About the Role
This is a great opportunity to join CPT Global’s People & Operations team in an entry-level administration role based at our Head Office.
The Admin Assistant will provide day-to-day support across HR administration, recruitment coordination, onboarding, employee records, travel bookings, document management and general Office administration.
This role would suit someone who is organised, reliable, detail-focused and looking to build their career in administration, HR or business operations. Previous experience in administration, reception, customer service or office support is preferred. HR experience is not required, as training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities
- Support onboarding, offboarding and employee administration activities.
- Maintain employee records, trackers, checklists, registers and filing systems.
- Assist with recruitment coordination, including interview scheduling, candidate communication and job advertisements.
- Help collect documents for reference checks, background checks, right-to-work checks and other pre-employment and visa processing requirements.
- Update spreadsheets, enter information accurately and assist with basic reporting.
- Coordinate domestic travel bookings, confirmations, receipts and expense records.
- Provide general Office administration support, including document preparation, meeting coordination, supplies support and ad hoc business requests.
- Assist with team events, internal updates and general coordination tasks as required.
- Help keep templates, procedures and trackers organised and up to date.
What We’re Looking For
- Previous administration, office support, reception, customer service or coordination experience is preferred.
- HR, recruitment or employee administration exposure would be an advantage, but is not essential.
- Good organisational skills and willingness to learn.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic Microsoft Office skills, including Word, Excel, Outlook and Teams.
- Ability to follow instructions, ask questions when needed and complete tasks on time.
- Professional, reliable and comfortable handling confidential information.
- A positive attitude and willingness to help with day-to-day team and office tasks.
