Ad Sales Director

As Ad Sales Director, you’ll take the lead in growing and developing our Ad Sales business, with commercial ownership of the business area and a clear focus on revenue growth, profitability and strengthening We Are Era’s position in the market. You’ll be a senior commercial voice in the market, building strong relationships with media agencies, trading teams, advertisers and key industry partners. A big part of the role happens outside the office, staying close to clients, understanding where the market is moving and making sure We Are Era is top of mind when campaigns, partnerships and media investments are being shaped. This is a role that combines commercial leadership with hands on sales. You’ll set direction, identify new revenue opportunities and develop our agency and trading partnerships, while staying close enough to the market to turn opportunities into business. You’ll also play an important role in evolving our digital advertising offering, from pricing and packaging to inventory, yield and new products.

You’ll work closely with the CEO and Ad Operations team and report directly to the CEO. As the business grows, you’ll take increasing ownership of our key commercial partnerships and help shape the long term direction of We Are Era’s Ad Sales and monetization business.
