📋 Job Requirements:

• Process and record daily financial transactions related to freight, driver settlements, and carrier/broker payments
• Prepare and issue customer/broker invoices in a timely manner
• Reconcile accounts payable and receivable related to loads, fuel, tolls, and maintenance costs
• Track and follow up on outstanding/overdue invoices
• Maintain accurate financial records for audits and month-end close
• Assist with driver settlement calculations and payroll-adjacent processing
• Prepare regular reports on cash flow, outstanding balances, and logistics-related expenses
