Accounting Executive – Corporate Services
We are seeking an Accounting Executive to manage client accounts and deliver accurate, timely accounting and payroll services.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accounting records for a portfolio of clients, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger entries, and bank reconciliations.

• Complete month-end and year-end closing and prepare management accounts, financial statements, and supporting schedules as required.

• Prepare tax computations and support corporate income tax filings, including Estimated Chargeable Income (ECI) and applicable annual returns.

• Prepare GST calculations, reconciliations, and returns for GST-registered clients.

• Process client payroll, including salary calculations, deductions, payslips, and applicable statutory submissions.

• Prepare and submit CPF contributions and related payroll filings with appropriate client authorisation.

• Liaise with clients to obtain documents, clarify transactions, and resolve accounting discrepancies.

• Coordinate with auditors, tax advisers, and colleagues on client reporting and compliance matters.

• Track deadlines, maintain complete working papers, and protect confidential client and employee information.

Requirements

• Relevant qualification in accounting, finance, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.

• Hands-on experience in bookkeeping, accounting, and financial reporting.

• Working knowledge of Singapore corporate tax, GST, payroll, and CPF requirements relevant to the role.

• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.

• Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple client accounts and deadlines.

• Clear communication skills and a professional, responsive approach to client service.

• Ability to work independently and identify matters requiring further review or escalation.

Experience in an accounting firm, outsourced accounting practice, or CSP environment would be an advantage.
