The Plot Thickens: Job Description

• Be a trusted client advisor: Operate as a trusted advisor on regional hub accounts, managing day-to-day priorities while bringing strategic thinking to client conversations. You’ll coordinate multi-market teams and stakeholders, manage budgets and resources, and ensure consistently high-quality delivery across fast-moving, complex programs.

• Lead and develop teams: Mentor and support junior teammates, providing guidance, feedback, and opportunities to take ownership. You’ll foster an accountable, collaborative, and growth-oriented culture where team members are encouraged to think strategically, develop their capabilities, and raise the quality of work together.

• Build strong, influential relationships: Build and nurture strong relationships with journalists, analysts, influencers, and key ecosystem stakeholders across technology sectors. You’ll lead standout interviews, media briefings, roundtables, and pitching moments that put clients in the spotlight and build sustained visibility across markets.

• Shape agency growth: Spot opportunities, solve challenges proactively, and contribute to the continued growth of both clients and the agency. You’ll collaborate with senior leaders to strengthen ways of working, share best practices, and support the development and application of Hoffman methodologies across regional accounts and markets.

• Craft impactful content: Bring storytelling to life across markets, developing and refining high-quality content — from press releases and Q&As to bylines, thought leadership, messaging, and communication plans. You’ll ensure every story is clear, compelling, and aligned with client objectives, while adapting narratives for different audiences and markets.

• Drive account growth and new business: Partner with senior leaders to identify strategic growth opportunities within existing accounts and contribute bold, creative ideas to regional pitches and new business opportunities. You’ll help expand client programs across markets while identifying ways to deepen relationships and create greater value for clients.

• Lead integrated communications programs: Lead integrated marketing communications (IMC) programs that bring together earned, owned, paid, social, digital, and content streams into cohesive campaigns. You’ll translate client objectives into creative, strategically sound programs that deliver measurable outcomes and meaningful business impact across the region.

• Turn market intelligence into strategy: Analyze technology, media, and sector trends across Asia to uncover insights that strengthen communications strategies and campaign performance. You’ll monitor competitive landscapes, identify emerging opportunities, and translate market intelligence into actionable recommendations that keep clients ahead of a fast-moving environment.
