Account Manager - Hybrid

Account Manager - Hybrid

2 positions

Gothenburg or Stockholm

The Account Manager owns the founder relationship from first contact to closed deal. That means prospecting startups, running video meetings with founders, converting trial accounts into paying customers, and representing us in the Nordic startup ecosystem. This is a hunter-heavy role: candidates must build their own pipeline. There is no ready-made lead list or script.

Must-haves

• B2B sales or account management experience with a proven record of building their own pipeline
• Comfortable working toward clear targets and activity levels
• Genuine interest in startups, tech and investing, not just a sales job
• Fluent Swedish and strong English, spoken and written

Strong plus

• SaaS sales or another high-volume, transactional sales role
• Own network among Nordic founders or investors
• Has founded or worked in an early-stage startup
• Fundraising experience (own company or supporting others)
• Venture capital background
