It involves understanding customer needs, providing exceptional service, and striving to exceed customer expectations in all interactions.
• Sales Acumen: Ability to create & identify opportunities for growth within existing accounts, in order to meet or exceed sales targets, and drive revenue through upselling, cross-selling, and renewals. Provide expert guidance on how Celigo’s solutions can address their challenges and improve their operations. Also act as a customer advocate within Celigo, ensuring that their needs are understood and addressed. Champion their success stories internally and externally.
Renewal Management: Manage the contract renewal process, ensuring high renewal rates and customer retention. Proactively address any issues that may impact customer satisfaction and retention, and negotiate renewal terms to align with both customer and company goals.

This also includes thinking strategically and proactively to identify opportunities for improvement and advocating for customer needs within the organization.

Who are we looking for?

Skills & Abilities

• Creative, multi-channel outreach - skilled at re-engaging quiet accounts through varied channels (calls, email sequences, LinkedIn, exec-to-exec intros, partner channels), adapting approach per account rather than relying on one playbook
• Follow-up discipline - reliably tracks and closes commitments on time without needing to be chased
• CRM & forecasting hygiene - maintains real-time, accurate Salesforce data and submits defensible forecasts leadership can trust without double-checking
• Ability to work under pressure
• Customer & product fluency - understands customer business processes well enough to position Celigo's platform against real pain points and surface expansion opportunities in business reviews

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to present complex information clearly and concisely.

Education & Experience

• 1–2 years of Enterprise Account Management sales experience, or 3–5 years of Account Management experience, preferably within the technology, IPaaS or SaaS industry.
• Demonstrated experience managing a book of complex accounts with multi-stakeholder decision cycles - not transactional accounts
