Runhappy is booking and operations infrastructure for experience-driven businesses. We work with family entertainment centers and other event venues to build and operate custom AI agents that run the full customer journey - capturing every inbound inquiry across web, phone, SMS, and email, booking and planning the event with the customer, coordinating with your team, and following up to keep guests coming back.
Runhappy is not software you configure, it's a fully managed service. We design the experience around our customers’ brand, their workflows, and their customers, then operate it for them.
Runhapy was founded in 2022 by serial entrepreneur Mark Ghermezian, who co-founded Braze (BRZE) and served as its first CEO, pioneering a new category that led to the company's IPO in November 2021. Based in New York, Runhappy has been recognized as one of Built In's 2026 Best Places to Work.

The Opportunity
We are seeking an Account Executive with SaaS experience and a proven track record of sales performance.
You will be joining Tildei at a pivotal growth stage. In addition to your role selling, as an early employee, you'll be instrumental in shaping our product, processes, and culture.
To excel in this role, you’ll need a background in B2B software sales, and the ability to operate in an early stage, fast-paced environment. The right fit is a motivated hunter that can hit their numbers, learn and adapt quickly, and is comfortable creating their own playbook to win. You will be supported in your work, but you will still need to own the full sales cycle - from prospecting to closing.
This is a full-time position. If you are in the NYC area, we have a hybrid work environment in NYC (Chelsea). If you are elsewhere in the US, this position can be fully remote. This role pays a competitive salary and commissions and reports directly to a cofounder.
You will...
-
Identify pockets of opportunity within our ICP and find creative ways to tap into them.
-
Source qualified leads via outbound prospecting.
-
Leverage your deep understanding of the market and software sales to help prospects understand the value of our software and service.
-
Manage your quota and help us beat our company-level growth target.
-
Maintain a tight feedback loop with our marketing and product teams to share insights from your conversations that will help us improve our positioning and product.
-
Set the pace as a leader amongst the team and help us scale.
You have...
- A minimum 2-5+ years experience as an AE and experience prospecting as an SDR/BDR.
- A proven track record of independently closing deals, and exceeding sales goals at a high-growth startup.
- Bonus points if you have experience with FECs or related industries
