About Salesforce

Salesforce is the #1 AI CRM, where humans with agents drive customer success together. Here, ambition meets action. Tech meets trust. And innovation isn’t a buzzword — it’s a way of life. The world of work as we know it is changing and we're looking for Trailblazers who are passionate about bettering business and the world through AI, driving innovation, and keeping Salesforce's core values at the heart of it all.

Ready to level-up your career at the company leading workforce transformation in the agentic era? You’re in the right place! Agentforce is the future of AI, and you are the future of Salesforce.

Slack is redefining how organisations communicate, collaborate, and achieve success in the AI era. As part of Salesforce, Slack empowers teams to connect, automate, and thrive as the system of engagement for the Agentic Enterprise - the layer where employees, AI agents, and enterprise data meet to get work done.

We’re on the lookout for results-driven Mid-Market SaaS sales professionals who move fast, run high-volume pipelines, and turn quick discovery conversations into signed business. In this role, you’ll deliver exceptional customer experiences while driving new and existing business across a high-velocity book of accounts. This is a unique opportunity to drive transformative change for customers, whilst contributing to the success of one of Salesforce’s most innovative solutions.

What You'll Do:

• Build relationships with business and departmental leaders across a high-velocity Mid-Market book, identifying quick-win challenges and positioning Slack as the solution to drive transformation

• Partner closely with Salesforce Core Account Executives to co-sell and unlock new Slack opportunities across your territory

• Run a high volume of parallel deals with shorter sales cycles, balancing land-and-expand motions with new logo acquisition

• Deliver crisp, self-led demos of core AI capabilities (Enterprise Search, Slackbot, basic connected-app integrations) with strong working knowledge of how they fit into a customer’s existing tools

• Advise customers on business value and ROI-driven Slack AI roll-outs - including Enterprise Search, MCP-based tool connections, and Slackbot/Agentforce use cases - grounding recommendations in measurable productivity and cost outcomes

• Develop compelling business cases and customer narratives that showcase Slack's impact on collaboration, productivity, and operational efficiency

• Manage a high-velocity pipeline with disciplined forecasting across a larger number of smaller and medium-sized opportunities

• Own the full sales cycle—from prospecting and pipeline generation through negotiation and close

• Collaborate with Solution Engineers, Customer Success, and Salesforce partners to deliver tailored demos and solutions

• Lead commercial discussions, including pricing strategy, contract negotiations, and value articulation

• Stay ahead of relevant industry trends and represent Slack at key industry events and forums

What We’re Looking For:

• Fluent in German and English

• Proven success as a quota-carrying Mid-Market SaaS sales professional with experience meeting and exceeding targets

• Comfort running a large pipeline with strong time management and prioritization across many concurrent deals

• Strong ability to articulate value propositions tailored to Mid-Market customer needs

• A track record of leading fast, efficient discovery conversations that quickly surface a clear path to close

• Pipeline generation expertise, leveraging existing relationships and building new connections to drive opportunities

• Familiarity with team-selling environments, aligning with Salesforce core AEs and Partners

• Exceptional negotiation, communication, and presentation skills

• Experience selling collaboration, productivity, or enterprise software solutions is highly preferred.

• Experience selling into the Financial Services, Retail / Consumer and Manufacturing / Automotive industries is highly valued and will set you apart!

• Working familiarity with AI concepts - what Enterprise Search and AI assistants do for a business - enough to self-serve a first-call demo

What Success Looks Like:

• Generating and managing a healthy sales pipeline with consistent progression and accurate forecasting

• Demonstrating clear ROI to customers, differentiating Slack against competitors

• Establishing long-term, trusted partnerships with customers by showcasing Slack’s value in transforming workflows
