About the company
Our client is a healthcare technology company.
The role
Raydar is recruiting for this role on behalf of our client. Own the full sales cycle for a software platform, from prospecting through contract, selling to senior finance and operations leaders at multi-site organizations. Blend self-generated opportunities with inbound leads, run a consultative process, and work directly with company leadership on messaging, pricing and objection handling.
What you'll do
- Manage a pipeline of multi-site accounts from first meeting through close, with a meaningful share of self-sourced opportunities.
- Run structured discovery with finance and operations executives and build relationships across several internal stakeholder groups.
- Build business-case narratives and deliver clear demos and executive readouts.
- Guide prospects through evaluation and contracting, including data access, sample reviews, security review and workflow fit.
- Generate pipeline from conferences and trade shows through pre-booked meetings, live lead follow-up and closing the loop afterward.
- Partner with company leadership on messaging, pricing, packaging and handling objections.
Requirements
What we're looking for
- At least 2 years carrying an individual quota in B2B SaaS or healthcare technology, with a record of results you can explain deal by deal.
- Sales background connected to healthcare billing and revenue cycle workflows, or related practice management and records platforms.
- Comfort selling directly to CFO, COO and operations leadership through multi-step processes involving 3 to 6+ stakeholders.
- A history of creating your own opportunities, qualifying them rigorously (MEDDICC), and keeping CRM and forecasts disciplined.
- Availability for frequent travel, roughly half of each month, to events and customer sites.
- US work authorization.
Bonus points
- Experience selling into private-equity-owned healthcare or multi-site provider groups.
- Familiarity with electronic medical records, clearinghouses and practice management systems.
- Experience with a conference-driven pipeline approach.
