Account Executive

The Company:

Push Operations is an all-in-one people management platform that helps businesses in the Hospitality and Cannabis Industry grow and scale by simplifying HR, payroll, time tracking, and scheduling. Our purpose is to help our customers free up their time by making people management ridiculously easy, so they can focus on their passion.

Our customer base includes some of the biggest brands, such as Earls Restaurant, Cactus Club, Crumbl Cookies and more.

The Team:

At Push Operations, we’re a group of collaborative, growth-minded, and passionate people who believe in creating an environment where innovation and teamwork thrive. We put a high priority on competence and efficiency, but even more on building a supportive culture where positive, driven individuals can excel. As part of our rapidly growing team, you will play a unique role in driving our mission: to build the best people management platform so our customers can spend more time doing what they love.

The Role:

We’re looking for an elite, field-based Account Executive based in Vancouver, BC to own and grow our presence across the Washington State restaurant market. This is not a transactional or purely remote AE role. This person will own the Washington territory from just across the border - closing complex new-logo opportunities in-market and building long-term relationships with restaurant operators and executives throughout the state, from Seattle and the greater Puget Sound region to Tacoma, Spokane, and beyond.

Being in person is how we win. The best AE for this role understands that deals in the restaurant world are built face-to-face at association shows, industry conferences, on-site demos, and over dinner with operators. Because your territory sits across the border, you’ll travel into Washington frequently, balancing focused remote work from Vancouver with regular in-person time in-market whenever the moment calls for it. This role is built for someone who wants more than quota attainment. We want a builder, someone who sees gaps and fills them, and who wants to influence product, partnerships, process, and culture while becoming the face of Push in Washington.

Location:

Based in Greater Vancouver, BC. You live in the Greater Vancouver / Lower Mainland area of British Columbia.

Frequent cross-border travel into Washington. Your territory is Washington State, and you’ll travel into the U.S. regularly for in-person meetings, demos, events, and operator dinners across the region.

Able to cross the border with ease. You can travel freely between Canada and the U.S. for business with a valid passport (NEXUS is an asset) and you’re comfortable managing a schedule built around regular border crossings.

Hybrid by design. Remote/home-office work from Vancouver for prospecting, research, and deal management, combined with regular in-market time in Washington.

Responsibilities:

• Own new-logo acquisition across Mid-Market restaurant groups throughout Washington State
• Travel into Washington to show up in person where it counts - attend and work association shows, industry conferences, and in-market events such as the Washington Hospitality Association’s state hospitality conference and trade show and the regional Northwest Food Show
• Run in-person prospect demos, on-site meetings, and operator dinners across Washington that move deals forward and build lasting relationships
• Build and execute a Washington territory plan that creates long-term pipeline, market presence, and brand recognition for Push across the state
• Navigate complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles with operators, finance leaders, HR teams, payroll teams, and ownership groups
• Identify whitespace opportunities across emerging chains, franchise groups, and multi-unit restaurant organizations in the Pacific Northwest
• Understand operational pain deeply across QSR, fast casual, full-service, and multi-location restaurant groups
• Position workforce management (WFM), payroll, hiring, labor compliance, scheduling, and HR technology solutions in a way that connects directly to operational outcomes including Washington-specific labor and compliance realities
• Lead compelling discovery, executive conversations, ROI alignment, and consensus-building across buying committees• Run disciplined deal cycles from outbound engagement through close and expansion
• Balance remote work from Vancouver with in-person selling in Washington, deciding when to work a deal from your desk and when to cross the border and get in front of the customer
• Work cross-functionally with Partnerships, Marketing, Product, and RevOps teams
• Mentor SDRs and help elevate outbound prospecting motions
• Leverage AI tools and workflow automation to maximize productivity across prospecting, account research, pipeline management, forecasting, and deal execution
• Help shape the future of Push’s cross-border field GTM motion in Washington through process improvements, experimentation, and operational rigor

Why This Role Matters

Washington State is one of the most important growth markets in Push’s U.S. expansion, and this role is how we win it. We’re looking for someone who wants to be the face of Push in the field and not just inherit a playbook, but actively shape how we show up in-market. This is an opportunity to own a meaningful territory, build real relationships across the Washington restaurant community, influence GTM strategy, partner directly with leadership, and help modernize how restaurants manage their workforce at scale.
