Account Executive - North Europe (UK & Netherlands)

As an Account Executive for North (UK & Netherlands), you will take ownership of well-established markets with strong growth potential and help shape its next chapter. You will sell the entire EQS Compliance & Ethics and Data Privacy portfolio across the UK & the Netherlands, to build trusted relationships with customers and act as a key local representative of EQS.

This role is ideal for someone who combines commercial drive, independence, and curiosity — someone who understands the UK & Dutch market, enjoys working across functions, and wants to grow in a modern, AI-enabled sales environment.

Our mission is to Create Trusted Companies. If you share our passion for our mission, we’d love to have you help us turn it into reality.

• You're important. We foster a trusting environment and lifelong learning to support your individual development. Set personal development goals, receive support and regular feedback – we give you the tools to succeed.
• Living our values. Our values connect us. They shape how we work and collaborate across teams and cultures, creating belonging, trust, and an environment where everyone can thrive.
• Great atmosphere. We cultivate a dynamic culture where shared goals bring us together. From unforgettable company events to volunteering initiatives, we inspire and empower each other to make a positive impact.
• Work-life balance is a must. We offer flexibility through our hybrid-working model, conveniently arrange your working hours and the ability to work from abroad within the EU.
• Modern sales tool stack. You'll work with Gong, Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and AI-supported workflows — fully enabled from day one so you can focus on selling, not setup.

North is a mature market for EQS, and this role is about building on that foundation and accelerating growth.

• Own end-to-end sales cycles across the North market, selling EQS’s Compliance & Ethics & Privacy platform to mid-sized customers across the UK & the Netherlands.
• Present EQS solutions in a clear, value-oriented way, connecting product capabilities to real business outcomes.
• Act as the bridge between EQS and the UK & the Netherlands, building strong customer relationships and bringing local insights into the organization.
• Operate independently in a focused market, managing pipeline, priorities, and workload with a high level of ownership.
• Collaborate closely with the VP of Sales, Marketing, and cross-functional teams to drive demand, strengthen market presence, and win new business.
• Leverage modern sales tools and AI-supported workflows to improve efficiency, preparation, and overall sales execution.

• Experience in B2B sales, business development, or a comparable commercial role.
• Strong understanding of the UK/Dutch market, including local business culture and customer expectations.
• You are fluent in English (C1) with excellent communication skills. Dutch is a plus.
• Highly driven & proactive mindset: you create opportunities rather than wait for them.
• Clear and confident communication skills with the ability to build trust.
• Structured way of working, including pipeline management and follow-up discipline.
• Tech-driven mindset, with curiosity for AI, automation, and new ways to improve sales effectiveness.
• Familiarity with sales technology like Salesforce & Gong, or similar tools.
