The Opportunity

As Account Executive on LendingTree’s insurance B2B sales team, you’ll partner with insurance professionals and small business owners across the country to help them achieve their financial and growth goals. This is a full-cycle closing role where you’ll build relationships, understand customer needs, recommend tailored lead-generation solutions, and guide prospects from initial conversation through close.

You’ll join a fast-paced fintech organization where strong performance, curiosity, and a willingness to learn can create meaningful opportunities for career growth.

How You’ll Make an Impact

• Build relationships with small business owners and insurance professionals through outbound phone and email outreach.
• Understand customer needs and recommend lead-generation solutions tailored to their business goals.
• Own the full sales cycle, from initial contact and discovery through negotiation and close.
• Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales quotas and performance goals.
• Manage and maintain an active sales pipeline using Salesforce and other CRM tools.
• Stay current on multiple product offerings and confidently guide customers through product selection and funding.
• Collaborate with teammates to share best practices, solve challenges, and drive overall team performance.

Who You’ll Work With

You’ll be part of LendingTree’s insurance B2B sales organization, working alongside motivated sales professionals in a collaborative, high-energy environment. You’ll partner closely with teammates, sales leaders, and cross-functional partners to develop your product knowledge, sharpen your sales skills, and deliver strong results for customers. This is a team that values coaching, candid feedback, shared wins, and a commitment to getting things done.

What You’ll Bring

• Strong communication skills and a confident, engaging phone presence.
• Sales experience is preferred, particularly in B2B, fintech, SaaS, insurance, or other customer-facing environments.
• The ability to quickly learn complex products, industries, and customer needs.
• Strong computer proficiency; experience with Salesforce or other CRM platforms is a plus.
• A self-motivated, goal-oriented approach with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• A demonstrated ability—or strong potential—to close deals in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• A coachable mindset and genuine desire to grow within a sales organization.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.

What Will Help You Thrive

You’ll thrive in this role if you enjoy building relationships, asking thoughtful questions, and finding solutions that create value for customers. Curiosity, resilience, competitiveness, and comfort with a high-volume sales environment will help you succeed. We’re looking for people who take ownership, respond well to coaching, learn quickly, and are energized by clear goals and the opportunity to continuously improve.

What Success Looks Like

• You consistently meet or exceed monthly sales quotas and performance goals.
• You build a healthy, well-managed pipeline and maintain accurate CRM activity.
• You confidently navigate the full sales cycle, from prospecting and discovery through negotiation and close.
• You develop strong relationships with insurance professionals and small business owners.
• You become knowledgeable across LendingTree’s products and can confidently recommend solutions based on customer needs.
• You contribute to a collaborative sales culture by sharing best practices and supporting team performance.
• You continue developing your sales skills and position yourself for advancement within the organization.
