Account Executive (Europe)

A few months ago we hired our fourth AE, and as our sales pipeline can now support more AEs we are looking for more to add to the team.

You will own end-to-end sales processes from intro call through to close and onboarding for some of the coolest technical companies (existing customers incl. , Grafana, n8n, Logitech and over 200 others). We’re big believers in not handing off an account to someone else after as there’s a ton of opportunity to work with a company and help them solve more problems with kapa beyond what we start off with.

We’re the “first” AI tool for a lot of our customers, so a strong interest in AI and the ability to communicate technical topics like RAG are a must (we’ll help teach you though!).

Comp is uncapped, so if you crush + build your own pipeline you can make a ton more than OTE $200k.

Requirements
