About the Role

This is a career-defining opportunity for a driven Account Executive to win and grow our largest, most strategic enterprise accounts in the US. As a key member of our Enterprise Sales team, you will own the full sales cycle with organizations of 2,500+ employees—prospecting, qualifying, demoing, solution crafting, negotiating, closing, and expanding relationships across our expanding AI suite. In this high-impact role, your work will be essential in establishing Genspark’s presence and expansion in the US enterprise market.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the entire enterprise sales process: identify, engage, and win new logos while growing footprint within existing accounts from first conversation to signed agreement and ongoing expansion.

• Build and strategically manage a complex pipeline of large enterprise prospects, inbound interest, and named accounts.

• Conduct in-depth discovery and solutioning with business and technical stakeholders at all levels (IC to C-Suite), mapping Genspark’s platform to complex customer needs.

• Deliver compelling, technically credible product demonstrations and evangelize Genspark’s vision to executive audiences.

• Drive multi-threaded enterprise deals, navigating legal, procurement, IT, and finance processes.

• Cultivate long-term relationships, uncovering and developing cross-sell, upsell, and expansion opportunities.

• Partner closely with Customer Success, Product, and Sales Engineering teams to ensure a seamless customer experience and create advocates within client organizations.

• Provide feedback to marketing, product, and leadership to influence roadmap, messaging, and enablement.

Requirements

• 5+ years of quota-carrying SaaS or AI enterprise sales experience, with a demonstrated track record of exceeding targets and closing seven-figure deals.

• Proven success prospecting and landing net-new enterprise logos and driving large-scale expansions.

• Skilled at navigating multi-stakeholder sales cycles and deeply understanding customer business drivers, technical requirements, and operational workflows.

• Strong technical fluency: able to run end-to-end product demos and discovery conversations independently and communicate complex AI concepts to both technical and non-technical buyers.

• Experience selling AI, analytics, workflow automation, or enterprise SaaS solutions into F1000 organizations highly preferred.

• Entrepreneurial, highly motivated, self-directed, and comfortable thriving in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

• Exceptional relationship builder, listener, and communicator—able to quickly establish trust and executive credibility.

• Based in the US with ability to travel to client sites as needed.

What We Offer

• Competitive base salary, uncapped commission, accelerators, and equity.

• Medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and flexible PTO.
