Partner with founders to refine the ideal customer profile, test messaging, and develop a foundational sales playbook.
Share customer needs and feedback with Product and Engineering teams.

Recent graduate or early-career professional with 0 to 2 years of experience.
Experience in HR technology sales, including closing enterprise deals.

Ability to generate leads and build pipeline through outbound sales.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills, with comfort working autonomously in a fast-changing environment.
Interest or experience in HR, finance, or AI is a plus.
