ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I opened my agency in 2022 and currently lead a team of four. State Farm has been a big part of my life - my dad was an agent for 38 years, and I spent 15 years working in his agency before becoming an agent myself. Outside of work, I'm a proud mom of two boys and understand the importance of building a career while maintaining time for family.
Our agency offers a 401(k), paid time off, paid holidays, licensing reimbursement, and a strong commitment to work-life balance. We're also open to candidates without insurance experience and are willing to invest in the right person who is eager to learn and grow.
Our culture is fun and welcoming while still maintaining a professional environment. I'm looking for someone who is personable, detail-oriented, process-driven, and able to pick up new things quickly. We value team members who don't just complete the task in front of them - they look for opportunities to better serve customers, start conversations, and contribute to the agency's growth.
If you're a fast learner with a customer-focused and sales-minded approach, we'd love to meet you.
