About Us
At Compass International Holdings (CIH), our mission is to help everyone find their place in the world. Founded in 2012, we’re revolutionizing the real estate industry with our end-to-end Home Platform, which empowers residential real estate agents to deliver exceptional service to their buyer and seller clients.
The Compass Integrated Services (CIS) engineering team is at the core of driving our next phase of growth and platform evolution. We empower agents and their clients to seamlessly manage the entire transaction journey by offering a complete suite of integrated homeownership services. By building a standardized, "one-click" workflow, our team provides the technology and operations that power strategic partnered services—including Title & Escrow, Home Warranty, Mortgage, and Insurance—across a broad national footprint.
Through the creation of this centralized and seamless technological ecosystem, we achieve powerful operational synergies. This work directly drives agent efficiency and deeper client loyalty, ultimately leading to strengthened platform adoption, enhanced customer retention, and increased per-transaction profitability for Compass.
At Compass, You Will:
- Build the Integrated Services Ecosystem: Contribute to the design and implementation of One-Click Title & Escrow, Insurance, Mortgage, and Home Warranty MVPs, building solutions that scale across existing and newly acquired markets.
- Contribute to Cross-Domain Technical Work: Help solve data architecture challenges, including data ingestion, mapping, and deduplication between the Home Platform, Salesforce, and legacy data stores.
- Own Feature Delivery: Own features end-to-end, from technical design through implementation, deployment, monitoring, and production support.
- Participate in Product Discovery: Work closely with product managers and business stakeholders during the discovery phase of new initiatives. Help translate requirements into clear technical designs and executable plans.
- Support System Reliability & Security: Take responsibility for the technical quality of the features you own. Identify potential bottlenecks, weigh technical tradeoffs, and ensure partner integrations adhere to security and compliance standards.
- Collaborate and Share Knowledge: Participate in design reviews, share knowledge with teammates, and help apply engineering best practices across the squad.
