Duration: 1 year contract
Working Hours: Mon - Fri, 8:30 - 6
Salary: Up to $5000 + completion bonus
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage project support activities, key milestones and digital e-services.
- Handle billing and payment collection processes.
- Prepare reports and dashboards for management updates.
- Analyse trends and identify issues, opportunities and areas for improvement.
- Support project coordination and daily operational activities.
- Coordinate with internal and cross-functional teams to ensure timely deliverables.
- Develop and maintain SOPs and support process improvements.
- Perform other operational and project-related duties as required.
Job Requirements:
- 3 to 6 years of experience in relevant scope of work
- Good IT and system capability, with experience developing dashboards, tools, and digital solutions that support business operations
- Familiarity with workplace tools (e.g. MS excel, MS powerpoint, Power BI, CRM systems)
