Meat Clerk - Valencia, CA - 2030

A Day in the Life:

As a Meat & Seafood Clerk, you’ll be hands-on with fresh proteins—preparing, packaging, and displaying meat and seafood products to meet high standards of quality and food safety. You’ll maintain a clean and organized department, assist with inventory and restocking, and provide friendly, knowledgeable service to customers, whether it’s helping them find the perfect cut or offering cooking tips. • Food Safety Awareness: Familiarity with sanitation standards and procedures for handling raw products.
• Attention to Detail: Ability to maintain clean displays, monitor product quality, and follow packaging guidelines.
• Physical Capability: Comfortable lifting up to 40 lbs. and working in refrigerated environments.
